This policy explains what information Vetrifai collects through vetrifai.ai, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@vetrifai.ai.
What we collect

How long we keep it
- Chat conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days. We don't store your IP address with them.
- Abuse protection: to limit how many chat messages can be sent each day, we keep a scrambled, one-way code derived from your IP address. It cannot be turned back into your IP address, and it's deleted within 48 hours.
- Contact details are kept for as long as we need them to follow up with you and manage our business relationship, and are deleted on request.
- Your chat also stays in your own browser until you close the tab, so it survives a page refresh. We can't access that copy.
Who processes your information
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website, and they process information only on our behalf:
- Website hosting and data storage, which delivers the site and stores chat conversations and contact details.
- An AI service provider that generates Chiti's replies from your messages. Under its terms, your messages are not used to train its AI models.
- An online scheduling service, if you book a call. Its own privacy policy applies to the booking page.
- Email, if you write to us.
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect information to a high standard.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat uses your browser's session storage only to keep your conversation on screen until you close the tab.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including your chat conversations, at any time. Email hello@vetrifai.ai and we'll respond promptly. Please don't share sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in the chat.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
